A like-minded acquaintance and myself are mincing around the possibilities of a partnership/syndicating of his "almost-ready-to-fly", two place, Cat 19 kit build machine. Both of us are unschooled in (and slightly apprehensive about) what is involved in entering into such an agreement. Can any one advise if there is a standard format that is followed in such arrangements? If so, how can we access same? Failing that, would appreciate any and all advice/pointers on what we should address in our deliberations. At entry level there is absolutely no area of potential mistrust but we'd both like to have some preliminary idea of where the bends might be in the road. Standing by for some wise counselling.
